Q: When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you
Q: What is the warranty/return policy?
If your order arrives and it’s not exactly what you want, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. We know that people sometimes order a part and then discover it’s not exactly the one they need for the repair. We understand and want to work with you. Just make sure the item is in its original packaging and in good condition free of damage.
When a returned product comes back to us, we’ll check it over to make sure it’s in ‘Like New’ condition and free from damage such as dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received by Tiger Lights.
Tiger Lights LED Lights are warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, Tiger Lights will repair or replace any LED Light which, after examination, is determined by Tiger Lights to be defective in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the light. Return the product to a original purchased location, freight will be covered by Tiger Lights for replacement product. A copy of the proof of purchase should be included with the returned product. This warranty does not apply to damage that Tiger Lights determines to be from, misuse, improper installation, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance or accidents.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?
Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.
During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.
Q: Is there a cost on returns?
If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product.
